Warm Up

Hip openers
elevated pigeon each side 1 min
elevated lunge each side 1 min
couch stretch each side 1 min
Band side walks 20 steps each way
10 air squats *put band just above
knees
3 sets
5 empty bar squats
5 box step ups
5 burpees

Strength

Back squats work up to moderate for day
Then
4-5 reps again on the minute for 10 minutes lets add5-10# from last
week this should still be fairly easy this will be a 6 -7 week progression

Metcon

4 rounds
20 lunge steps walking or in place is fine
(10 each leg) hold weights
20 toes to bar
20 calorie fan bike
